Our community manager is the good soul of the house and looks after the numerous community events, helps you with questions and problems concerning your apartment and much more - in short, our multi-talent.

Facility Manager
Your Facility Manager is responsible for building services like heating, water, electricity, door systems and more. During the opening hours he will be in the facility and will be there for you.
If you need help or if you have any concerns, just come over to the i Live-Office, call him or text him via the i Live-App. He will be happy to help you.

We celebrate life in all its facets and phases. Our Community Manager regularly organizes great events for all the residents. For example, welcoming new tenants with a Welcome Party, sharing the thrills of the Super Bowl or enjoying Chrismas time with a nice Christmas Party!

No time for cleaning? How about having your apartment cleaned by our cleaning service.
Simply announce the cleaning via i Live-app or directly tell our community manager, and we will arrange an appointment with our cleaning service.

Your birthday is just around the corner or there is another reason to celebrate? Feel welcome to our top equipped event kitchen! You can rent and use the entire kitchen for a small fee. There you will find a large table and a lot of space to party.

Doing sports without leaving the house? No problem! With the sports equipment in our own fitness room you can really burn off energy with your personal fitness program.
Sport field
For team players, sports fans and for all who like to move. On the roof of our apartment complex is our sports field with soccer goals. Here you can let off steam and meet new people at the same time!
Urban Beekeeping
Visit our beehive and watch how the bee population develops. Be there when honey is harvested and learn more about those unique animals. In summer you can watch the beekeeper do his work every two week. You will receive more information on that from the community manager.

In our large launderette you will find numerous washing machines and dryers which you can use for a small fee.
Bike parking area
We offer accommodation not only for you but also for your bike.
Next to the building, we have plenty of bike parking to keep your bike safe.

Of course, you can still rent a parking space for your car. To do so, simply log into your account and choose a parking space on the ground plan.
